Butch Winters joined Siebel Systems in 2004 and is currently the Vice President & General Manager, Global Alliances reporting directly to the EVP. Mr. Winters is responsible for the worldwide alliances, partnership and channels strategy, and an alliances organization of 40 employees in 8 countries. Prior to joining Siebel, Butch Winters spent five years in the venture-back startup sector. First as Chairman & CEO at Fabrik Communications, an eCommerce Application Service Provider and then as Chairman & CEO at Neomar Inc., a wireless enterprise software company. Previously, Butch Winters spent eleven years building three business units at Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS), serving most recently as Division President of their Internet & Electronic Commerce business. Prior to EDS, Butch Winters spent four years as Western Region Sales Manager at Cable & Wireless, PLC. Butch Winters holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Southern Methodist University, with continuing studies at Stanford University and University Of Chicago. Butch Winters is a world class general manager with a demonstrated track record and deep operating experience at the SVP, COO, President and CEO level; success in both Fortune 100 and start-up environments. Butch Winters has a Sales and Marketing background with deep P&L/operations experience and familiarity with both organic growth and acquisition.
