provider Siebel Systems has announced the launch of its Global
Business
Process Outsourcing (BPO) Alliance Program.
The new
program expands the Siebel Systems Global Alliance Program to deliver
product, maintenance, and support offerings that meet the needs of its
alliance partners in the
BPO
marketplace.
The Global BPO Alliance Program expands coverage to
more than 750 partners in consulting, software, hardware, and services
that meet the needs of Siebel Systems customers worldwide.
"This
announcement will serve to expand the channel, introducing a new category
of partners that doesn't compete directly with Systems Integrators," said
Butch Winters, vice president, alliances, Siebel Systems.
"BPO
providers take a top-down, business-outcomes approach, working with
customers and prospects to manage large blocks of business processes to
meet business objectives."
The Global BPO Alliance Program offers
participants flexible pricing that directly correlates benefit with
expense. It also offers inventory management and support models to enhance
the ability of
outsourcing
partners to meet client demands.
