
Sierra Atlantic Expands Siebel Systems Practice
Launches Customer Data Integration Onsite/Offshore

enterprise applications, today announced that it has expanded
its Siebel Systems, Inc. practice to include Customer Data
Integration (CDI) services, including Universal Customer
Master (UCM) and Analytics implementation. Sierra Atlantic's
Siebel Universal Application Networks (UAN) Center of
Excellence is the company's dedicated Siebel practice that
specializes in building, porting, testing and deploying
UAN-compliant business integration applications for Siebel
customers and partners. Launched in 2003, the UAN Center of
Excellence comprises 200 professionals ranging from product
managers to software architects to subject matter experts in
various industry verticals.

consultants adhere to Siebel's proven implementation
methodology guidelines.
